Stuart is the CEO at RECOUP, director of EPRO (the European Association of Plastics Recycling and Recovery Organisations), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management and MD of PPS Recovery Systems. Also involved in various platforms including current Chair of WACT – the waste compliance task force, and RSA Fellow.

Most of my time is focussed on RECOUP which was founded in 1990 to instigate and develop sustainable plastics recycling and resource opportunities; Recoup are the leading independent authority on plastics resource management, recycling and work closely with government on new regulatory requirements.
