Paul has huge experience in all aspects of packaging, materials, and processes. Paul helped develop the Tesco strategy for packaging sustainability including the creation of preferred materials and formats guidelines and is passionate to share the insights he has developed so that organisations can “do the right thing”

Paul has responsibility for the General Merchandise and Clothing ranges. Has previously been responsible for the Tesco Packaged Food areas as well as Household and Personal Care. He has worked at senior levels on strategic packaging projects with many global organisations.

In his personal life he is Chairman of the Thriplow Daffodil Festival – an annual charity event which has raised over £1m to date. Through this he has given many interviews to radio and newspapers (Radio 4 PM, Heart, Today programme, Daily Mail, Telegraph, Guardian etc).
